The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgd99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension along with forfeiture of any pending balances:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. Players who discover a technical error must report it to support and stop playing the affected game immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share account access, or coordinate betting activity in a manner designed to circumvent platform rules or extract value dishonestly.

• Any indication that an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity, including chargebacks initiated without legitimate cause against bgd99 payment transactions.

Upon termination of an account for a breach of these terms, bgd99 reserves the right to void any outstanding bonuses and withhold any balance derived from prohibited activity. Where termination is initiated by the player (voluntary closure) and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgd99 and its officers, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bgd99 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

bgd99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. While bgd99 takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform security and availability, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond bgd99's reasonable control. bgd99 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such cases.

bgd99 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, bgd99 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by direct communication. Your continued use of bgd99 after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bgd99 operates as a platform accessible to users in Bangladesh and conducts its operations in compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
